Our Products

It is our goal to provide our consumers with the highest quality raw milk products available in our region.  We offer:

• raw whole milk by the gallon

• raw light cream by the half gallon

• raw buttermilk by the half gallon

We milk registered Jersey cows, which are well known for the high overall quality of their milk.  On average,  Jersey milk also contains:

20% more protein

20% more calcium

25% more butterfat than most other milks.
